Dejlig, the Danish word to describe something delightful or lovely, is the perfect name for this book written by Rebecca Hübbe. The pages are filled with recipes of different foods, snacks, desserts and drinks all with a touch of the Danish kitchen. Small personal comments in the descriptions makes the reading and cooking experience all the more “dejlig”. I got to work alongside Bea Hellman as Assistant Art Director by putting pictures and text into the right place, and within the pages you can also find my small illustrations of tools you need to make the perfect drink.
